  3. Manage the vendors, communicate timelines, and own deliverables
  4. Manage the client-approved budgets and timelines

Designing and Implementing a Marketing Plan

Once the home is prepared for the market, Sherita designs and implements a custom buyer-targeted marketing plan. She uses the most innovative strategies to ensure a client’s home is seen by the largest pool of buyers, driving it to sell at the highest possible price, and then manages the sale through closing and beyond.
